1. How do I complete my booking after selecting a voyage online?
Your seat is held for 48 hours after you select a voyage. To lock it in, visit our office at Progress Commercial Building, 9 Irving St, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, and pay the full amount in person within that window.
2. What happens if I do not pay within the 48-hour hold period?
If full payment is not received at our office within 48 hours of your reservation, the hold expires on its own. Your seat is released back to the inventory and no transaction takes place.
3. Can I cancel my voyage, and will I get my currency back?
Yes, you can cancel any time before your departure day. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% deduction, with the remaining half returned to you.
4. How long does a refund take to reach my account?
Once your cancellation is submitted and your bank details are received, we release the funds within 24 hours. Depending on your bank, the amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
5. What identification do I need to bring on the day of my voyage?
All passengers must carry a valid government-issued identification document on the day of travel. The name on the ID must match the details provided during the payment process at our office.
6. What time should I arrive at the port before departure?
All passengers are required to arrive at the designated port at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. This allows enough time for completing document checks, boarding, and safety briefings.
7. What happens if I miss my departure or arrive too late to board?
If you fail to arrive at the port at least 1 hour before departure, your booking is classified as a no-show. This is seen as a same-day cancellation, and the full reservation fee is forfeited with no refund issued.
8. Where will I find out which port or terminal my voyage departs from?
Your boarding location and terminal details are provided in writing during the payment process at our Causeway Bay office. These details are included alongside your final booking confirmation.
